We celebrated International Yoga Day on 21st June 2018. The objective of world Yoga Day discussed among the teachers.
Yoga brings together physical and mental discipline to achieve a peaceful body and mind. It also manage stress and anxiety and keep us relax.
Yoga provides a way to nourish and to refine our body, mind and soul.
The programme started with meditation and then Anulom-Vilom and continued with many more asanas.
It is a devoted practice to experience a spiritual journey, In short, Yoga is an important part of our daily routine to stat and healthy.
