Colours always fascinate us. It enlivens our environment and is an integral part of our life On September 9, 2024, the nursery class at our school celebrated Purple Day with great enthusiasm and joy. The event aimed to introduce the children to the colour purple and its significance through various engaging activities. Our students were beautifully dressed in Purple. Colour recognition activity was done by displaying purple hand made objects-toys, fruits, vegetables,butterfly,crayon,grapes which students carried with them. They were encouraged to speak few lines on the objects. Children sang rhymes and songs based on purple colour. Children did bottle printing on a A4 sheet which was given as take away. The day was filled with laughter, learning and creativity. The children not only learned about the colour purple but also experienced the joy of participating in group activities. It turned out to be a remarkable day which served the purpose of celebration with education.
